OMAHA, N.E.(WNAX)- Ongoing drought conditions continue to have an effect on the Missouri River reservoirs.
Mike Swenson with the Corps of Engineers in Omaha says system releases will stay stable for the next few weeks.
Swenson says they have plenty of room for any spring runoff.
Swenson says the low levels will change the downstream navigation season.
Swenson says they anticipate cutting the navigation season short by about three weeks.
