Early voting begins Friday for the June Primary

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The South Dakota Primary will be taking place on Tuesday, June 4th.  Early voting will be starting on Friday.

Brown County Auditor Lynn Heupel talks about those requesting absentee voting will have their ballot mailed out Friday.

Sample ballots can be seen at the Brown County Courthouse which is also a location you can vote early at starting on Friday at 8am.

Heupel also inform the public that ballots can be seen at the Secretary of State’s website.(www.sdsos.gov)

There will be Republican primaries for state legislative seats in District 1 House, District 3 Senate, & District 23 both House & Senate.  Heupel runs downs what Independents & Democrats will be voting on for the upcoming primary.

Heupel encourage everyone regardless of party affiliation to go out and vote.

Polls on Primary day will run from 7am to 7pm.
