OMAHA, Neb. (WNAX) – While the latest report on the Mid America economy showed some signs of recovery there are still some risks.
Creighton University Professor Ernie Goss, who coordinates the monthly survey, says reopening the economy successfully is the biggest factor.
Goss says the U.S. needs to pull back on any additional tariffs.
Goss says holding steady on tariffs could help improve trade numbers.
Goss also says development of a COVID-19 vaccine would also be a big step in the economic recovery.
