YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – The spring flood watch is on across eastern South Dakota.

Edwards was at an SDSU Ag Extension Outlook meeting in Yankton. She says the extended forecasts aren’t helpful, either.
Edwards says the region has seen back to back record wet years.
She told producers at the meeting to be aware of the risks and make preparations now.
