SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- Little by little, the Emerald Ash Borer is leaving its mark in the region.

The bugs are killing ash trees.

City Urban forestry Specialist Brian Peterson says property owners need to consider their options.

Peterson says the city recently cut down a dead ash tree in Sherman Park that was heavily infested.
