PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- The Executive Director of the South Dakota Board of Regents appeared in front of the House Education Committee Wednesday.
Brian Maher reviewed a number of issues for legislators, including the SB55 study conducted over much of last year.
Maher says they are also working on new missions for the university centers in Sioux Falls and Rapid City.
Maher says he also wants legislators and the public to understand how spending on the university system is returned.
A number of building and expansion projects on the six campuses are at various stages of debate.
