Terry Dosch, Aberdeen Roncalli physical education teacher, said when it comes to exercise ideas, there are so many possibilities. You just have to use your imagination.
Dosch said there are fun ways to exercise, even if confined indoors.
He said exercise can include everything from raking to running. He said exercise can happen even without the proper equipment.
Dosch said exercise is not only a key component of physical health, but also crucial to a person’s mental health.
