ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Nearly everybody loves fireworks, but those pyrotechnics do not come without risk.
Chad Nilson, Aberdeen Fire Marshal, provides some tips for staying safe this Fourth of July.
He said there is one particular firework that can pose problems.
Nilson said that this year’s wetter than normal conditions should help to curtail some of the potential fire hazard. However, he said to still use common sense and caution.
Fireworks are not allowed by the shot off in city limits.
