ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission on Tuesday waived the fees for the upcoming Fall Residential Cleanup taking place only at the Brown County Landfill from August 30th-September 14th.

Brown County Landfill Manager Mike Scott was asked how active this is used during this time of year.

Asphalt work hopefully will be finished by August 3oth.  Scott was asked to compare this to the annual Spring Residential Cleanup.

The Brown County Landfill hours are from Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm and closed on Sundays.  They will be open on Labor Day from 8am-5pm.

All loads going to the landfill must be covered and/or secured.  If you have any questions about what you can bring during the free cleanup, you can call them at (605) 626-4019.
