ABERDEEN, SD (Hub City Radio)

The South Dakota Farmers Union Ag Camp was held this week with over 100 youth campers in attendance. the camp features all kinds of activities from a Rock Climbing Wall, to Canoeing. Aberdonian Kyle Olson is one of the Camp Counselors and he stressed the friendships built.

Several campers mentioned the connections made with like minded Ag and Ag business people, one that might surprise you is Stian Roux of Aberdeen. At just 10 yrs old you would think the fun and games would be a highlight, but he told us what one of his favorite parts of the camp is.

The Camp mixes fun, with Farm Safety, and working as a team to run their own businesses and Co-op’s.
