SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- Once the school year ends, the work doesn’t stop for Feeding South Dakota.

Each week in Sioux Falls, the program hands out hundreds of backpacks filled with food for children who might not have much at home.

While the School District provides free meals during the summer, Feeding SD Director Stacey Andernacht says what they offer is slightly different.
