ABERDEEN, S.D. (Hub City Radio)-
On Friday, Northern State University announced the five finalists for the 2026 Idea Pitch competition.
They are the following:
- Kenan Davis: Sunday South – Elevated Southern Brunch
- John Ellis, Maggie Kruger, Fan Zhang and Jason Sazue: A Film/Podcast/Media Club
- Blake Stoks: Sweet Chillz
- Ryder Vrchota: Vrchota Property Management
- Katrina Holzkamm: Hometown Hidden Gems
The competition will take place on Thursday, November 5th at 7pm at the Northern Innovation and Startup Center.
The event is sponsored by the Aberdeen Development Corporation.
The winner receives a $500 first prize. Second will receive $250 and third will receive $100. There will also be a $50 prizes for three People Choice’s Awards to be decided by the public.
Reminder, last year Madi Jones won the competition last year with Cr8 Soda and went on to win the Big Pitch Competition earlier this year.
