PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) – The first vaping-related illnesses have been confirmed in South Dakota – two of them in young adults, both East River.

State Epidemilogoist Joshua Clayton says they follow the national pattern.

Clayton says the sickness looks like something else at first.
