PIERRE, S.D.(Press Release) – On Thursday, Governor Larry Rhoden ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately in honor of former Vice President Dick Cheney.

Flags will remain at half-staff until the day of his interment, which will be announced at a later date.
