PIERRE, S.D.(Press Release) – On Thursday, Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately until sunset on October 30th, in honor of the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on October 25, 2023, in Lewiston, Maine.
