ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Former Brown County Commissioner & state legislator Dennis Feickert appeared in front of the Brown County Commission Tuesday to address SB201.  The bill provide new statutory requirements for regulating linear transmission facilities and to declare an emergency.

Feickert told the commission his view on compromising freedom.

Feickert express concern about a provision in this bill.

Feickert talks about what Governor Farrar did back in the 1970s to allow cities & counties to set ordinances.

SB201 will be heard Thursday at the Senate Commerce & Energy Committee.
