ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Oppositions to Referred Law 21 held an informative meeting Monday night at the Ramkota Hotel Convention Center.  Among the guest speaker was a former pipeline engineer from North Dakota, Curtis Jundt.  Jundt spent over 40 years working in the industry.

Jundt begins by talking about his stance on President Biden’s Green New Deal.

Jundt talks about the risks involved with CO2 pipelines.

Jundt discuss how CO2 can spread in case a rupture does occur.

Jundt talks about myth involving CO2 above ground.

Jundt talks about the cost to run these pipelines from the federal government which is impacting the budget deficit.

Jundt questions the Landowners Bill of Rights that is in Referred Law 21.

Jundt comment on how much of an impact on the economy the pipelines will have once completed.

Jundt also informed the audience that he believes that CO2 is not a commodity.  Eminent Domain shouldn’t be used for this project.
