ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- The Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is having their Free Skate Day on Friday, January 19 at the outdoor rinks. The Manor and Lincoln outdoor rinks will have free skate rentals and free hot chocolate during regular hours of 4:00-9:00 p.m.
