YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The Lewis & Clark Regional Water System has their funding in place for the rest of the year.

Executive Director Troy Larson says they got a significant boost.

Larson says this funding level will get water to all their members quickly.

Larson says they have construction plans ready to go.

The system provides water to towns and cities in South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota from wells near the Missouri River south of Vermillion.
