WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – Negotiations between the House and Senate over the next economic stimulus plan may be seeing some movement before Christmas.
South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says there is still a gap between the two sides.
Rounds says some of the differences involve spending and policy.
Rounds says rolling out the Covid-19 vaccines will change the direction of any recovery.
Negotiators also have to find a way to fund the federal government beyond Dec. 11, when the current agreement runs out.
