WATERTOWN, S.D.(KXLG)- Lake Area Technical College received an approval vote from the Watertown School Board to transfer ownership of Garfield school property, located at 1014 2nd Avenue Southeast, from the Watertown School District to Lake Area Technical College for $1 million.
