ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Earlier this year, Sioux Falls native and Democrat Sheryl Johnson announced her candidacy for the U.S. House seat representing South Dakota. On Sunday, she made a stop in Aberdeen as part of the Blue Jeans BBQ hosted by Brown County Democrats.

Johnson is the first Democrat to make the November ballot for the U.S. House seat since 2018.
