Government looking at another continuing resolution for budget

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – While negotiations over another economic stimulus plan continue in the background in Congress, the federal budget runs out at the end of the month.

South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says he hasn’t heard of any real plan, yet.

Johnson says that isn’t how a federal budget should be written and passed.

Johnson says Democrats in control of the House are looking to just get past the election.

Federal spending so far this year has passed $6 trillion, with over $3 trillion in deficits.
