YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Department of Social Services is making plans to limit patient capacity at the Human Services Center in Yankton at two hundred and open regional behavioral health treatment centers around the state.
Governor Kristi Noem says they are working with a model center in Rapid City.
Noem says the Human Services Center will stay open as the hub in behavioral health.
Noem says the regional centers will provide better care, more quickly.
