PIERRE, S.D.(Press Release) – On Monday, Governor Kristi Noem will sign HB 1231 into law.

This bill has been one of Governor Noem’s top priorities. It places restrictions on the ownership of U.S. agricultural land, stopping six evil foreign governments and foreign entities from buying up South Dakota’s precious ag land.

The bill signing ceremony will take place in Governor Noem’s Mount Rushmore Room at the State Capitol in Pierre at 9:45am CT.
