YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Dry grass and brush and little precipitation have had fire departments on the move.

Yankton Assistant Fire Chief Larry Nickels says they had more calls yesterday.

Nickels says there was one minor injury from that fire.

Nickels says there were more calls while they were out.

Nickels says fire conditions are critical.

Nickels says firefighters have been called out at least once every day in the last week.
