ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The South Dakota Hall of Fame Acts of Excellence Celebration & Recognition is set for Wednesday, April 3, on the campus of Northern State.
Greta Chapman, CEO of the South Dakota Hall of Fame, talked about the event.
There will be eight entities recognized.
- Building Forever Families Adoption Services
- Cardboard Confessionals
- Faulkton Elevator Mural
- Germans from Russia Cultural Center
- Granary Rural Cultural Center
- Leola K-12 Arts Outreach Program
- Purina Mills Christmas Tree
- Tolstoy Wind Chiller 5K
Those to be honored is a list of varied entities, some from outside of Aberdeen. Chapman said that’s why it is a regional event.
The event is free and will have several components to it throughout the afternoon.
Chapman said Acts of Excellence is a great way to recognize those who help to make a positive impact throughout the state.
