(KXLG) — In a voice message to parents Wednesday Watertown Intermediate School Principal Jennifer Bollinger informed parents that an alert staff member at the school observed an unloaded handgun in a special education student’s backpack. She says the backpack was immediately brought to her office and the police notified.
