Hanson says voters concerned about reliability, price of utilities

PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – Current South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Chairman Gary Hanson is running for his fourth six-year term on the commission.

He says he is hearing from voters.

Hanson says Commissioners have to follow the law and facts in each case before them.

Hanson says a big change at the Commission in his time is seeing all of their documents moving online and becoming publicly available.

Hanson, a Republican, faces Democrat Remi (ray-me) Bald Eagle in tomorrow’s election.
