ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release) – Hats Off to Ag, hosted by the Chamber’s Ag Committee, will take place on Thursday, July 25th starting at 5:30 pm at Engels Event Company, 209 South Main Street. Event tickets include a meal and guest speaker. There will also be a cash bar.
The keynote speaker is Dr. Sushant Mehan, an Assistant Professor and SDSU Extension Water Resource Engineer Specialist at South Dakota State University. Dr. Mehan is passionate about ensuring that communities in South Dakota have access to clean and safe water. With his expertise in hydrology and water management, he works on projects that help farmers and local communities manage their water resources more effectively. The Ag Committee will also present the Farm Family of the Year and Making a Difference awards. Guests are encouraged to attend the free Downtown Summer Concert, featuring The Ransom Brothers (theransombrothers.com), immediately following.
