PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- So called vehicle bills are starting to appear in the South Dakota legislative session.

The House Majority Leader introduced one such bill in the State Affairs Committee Wednesday.

Mortenson says he hopes to have more public debate when the bills are written.

House Minority Leader Oren Lesmeister of Parade had a question.

The committee passed the bill with a do pass recommendation on an eleven to one vote.
