ABERDEEN, S.D. (Hub City Radio) – Safe Harbor is the local domestic violence shelter for Aberdeen and the surrounding area. They provide a multitude of services for people who are victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. They are always in need of help and that is where the Safe Harbor Foundation Board steps in. Laura Rosenbaum, Vice President of the Foundation Board, and Danielle Oliver, President of the Foundation Board, explain how the foundation helps Safe Harbor stay up and running.
