ABERDEEN, S.D. (Press Release) – Due to the Christmas holiday observance, all city offices will be closed at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Christmas Day, Dec. 25. In order to facilitate garbage and recycling collection, all residents who normally have their garbage and recycling collected on Wednesday are to have it out by 8 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26 in order for crews to complete the entire Wednesday’s and Thursday’s route by the end of the day on the Thursday.
