Hot and dry conditions to persist

ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – It has been a hot and dry summer and those conditions will continue at least in the short term.

Laura Edwards, State Climatologist, said to expect more warm days through early next week.

She said that the area has gone from flood concerns to drought conditions.

Edwards also provided an update on the harvest status.

She said that the fall will start out warm and dry, but could turn wetter if past history is any indication.
