YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- A combination of hot, dry weather and supply chain issues are causing problems for a large water delivery system.
Troy Larson, Executive Director of the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System says demand is outrunning their ability to deliver.
Larson says their well capacity has fallen from last year.
Larson says they are still waiting for a big, new well to come online.
Larson estimates they are falling short by six to eight million gallons a day.
