House Local Government Committee passes SB236

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The South Dakota House Local Government Committee heard SB236 on Thursday.  The bill create the county and township infrastructure fund for the accounting, safekeeping, and allocation of unobligated rural access infrastructure fund moneys.

Prime sponsor on the bill was Senator Michael Rohl of Aberdeen.

The committee passed the bill on a 10-1 vote and now heads to the South Dakota House.
