PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- The pressure to spend hundreds of millions of dollars is starting to show in Pierre.

Representative Linda Duba of Sioux Falls says there are differences of opinion between House and Senate appropriators.

Duba, a member of the Joint Committee on Appropriations, says they need to find ways to work together.

Duba says she doesn’t want to single out those that are blocking progress.

All spending bills have to be out of their house of origin this week.
