YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- As the weather warms the housing market will too.

Mason Schramm, a broker with the “Move Group” in Yankton says they are seeing the increase in activity.

Schramm says home prices and interest rates are not slowing the activity.

Schramm says they need more homes on the market to even things out.

Schramm says the price break seems to be around two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
