HURON, S.D.(WNAX)- Despite rising prices and interest rates, home sales are still going strong.

Real estate agent Roger Chase of Huron says they are still seeing a fast market.

Chase says price doesn’t seem to be a barrier to selling a home.

Chase says the turnover of homes is still very rapid.

Chase is also a state Representative who chaired the housing study committee last summer.
