ABERDEEN, SD (HubCityRadio.com) – Even though the ‘off-season’ is here, things are always in motion on the campus of Northern State University. Athletic Director, Nate Davis checked in with David Tukesbrey during a ‘Wolves Midweek’ edition of “The Sports Hub” on Fox Sports Aberdeen (1420AM).

With the spring semester now a wrap, the Wolves student athletes put together an incredible year, not only on the fields & playing surfaces, but also in the classroom. Davis is very proud of the students attention and their accomplishments with a stellar (collective) GPA.

This last year was Davis’ first year at the helm as the AD for Northern State, he reflects on year one.

Almost two months ago, NSU hosted the first ever “Bourbon and Brews” event. Davis says it was a smashing success.

With summertime being here, golf season is, too. Davis says the NSU Athletic department is having their annual golf event just around the bend at Lee Park GC in Aberdeen.
