The Aberdeen Area Hub City Express Special Olympics team will be looking to raise funds as they take on the Aberdeen Wings in a Basketball matchup that features fun and prizes.. Coach of the Express Penny Verska tells us more about the team itself.

A free will admission is requested and all proceeds go to operating expenses for the Express. Verska has the times and dates you should be aware of.

The Express is excited and happy to be partnering with the Wings in another community event they are part of and encourage people to bring their Wings gear for autographs and photo opportunities. Asst Coach David Mitchell of the Wings says his athletes all think they can be the star of the game.. but they might be surprised by these amazing Special Olympics Athletes.

Hockey players on a Basket Ball Court?  Yep.. the Aberdeen Wings and Boys and Girls Club All Stars taking on the Hub City Express April 12th at the Boys and Girls Club.
