Yankton Middle School was locked down Tuesday morning

YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The Yankton Middle School was locked down for a time Tuesday morning. Yankton Police Chief Jason Foote was among the officers that responded. Governor Noem and colleagues request E15 emergency waiver
