South Dakota Transportation Department reject bid for Elm Lake Bridge Crossing

ABERDEEN & PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-  The South Dakota Transportation Commission in their meeting Tuesday rejected all bids for the bridge crossing at Elm Lake. Prior to the meeting, Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers told the Brown County Commission that this was likely to happen. California man charged for transporting methamphetamine
