PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Hughes County is moving forward in a unique partnership with the South Dakota Housing Development Authority for of all things…a Human Resource Director.  Housing Authority Executive Director Chas Olson say Hughes County in the same situation they are.

Olson says he’s worked with Commissioner Rob Fines and County Manager Lori Jacobson in finding the right candidate for the job.

Lindsey Rounds of Pierre has been selected to take the unique split employer position.  Her start time isn’t hammered out yet.

Jacobson introduced Rounds to the Hughes County Commission at the end of the Commission’s meeting.  Rounds says she’s looking forward to getting to work for both the County and the Housing Authority.
