ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Aberdeen Area Humane Society has a variety of fundraisers taking place this summer.

The Putting for Paws Golf Tournament takes place Saturday, July 18 at Rolling Hills Golf Course. Elaine Schaible, Humane Society Manager, said the tourney is completely full.

There are also some virtual fundraisers.

Of course, summer means hot weather so pet owners need to make sure to take proper precautions.

Another big tip is not leaving a pet inside a vehicle, even if it is running.
