Illegal drugs like meth still rampant in South Daktota

OMAHA, N.E.(WNAX)- Despite warnings about the lethal effects of fentanyl, law enforcement is still seeing lots of other illegal drugs.

Emily Murray is a spokesperson for the regional Drug Enforcement Agency in Omaha.

Murray says they are seeing many drugs being mixed with fentanyl.

Murray says drugs are being transported to the region on the interstates.

More than thirty pounds of meth and fentanyl, worth about one hundred fifty thousand dollars, was seized last week in Brookings.
