Interim Rules Review Committee heard testimony from the Commission on Gaming

PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- The Interim Rules Review Committee of the South Dakota Legislature met Tuesday at the South Dakota State Capitol.  The Committee considered rule changes from the Commission on Gaming.  Dough Abraham with the Commission says all four rules are connected to each other.

Abraham says the previous rules used the term loiter, which was not strong enough.

Abraham says licensees are doing a good job of addressing the issue of minors in gambling areas.

The rules approved by the Committee also included authorizing two new games. One is a variation on an existing table side bet and pay table and the other is a version of craps known as Dice-Ology.
