ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Annual Junior Achievement Bacon Run is coming up, but this time the event will feature a new twist.
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s race will be a virtual run. JA Board Member Craig Green talked about the event.
Cost is $35 and includes a t-shirt, plus a $5 Ken’s SuperFair Foods gift certificate, a bloody mary certificate, and other prizes. However, it will not include actual bacon.
Green said that the virtual event allows for more flexibility for those wishing to participate.
Proceeds benefit JA in Aberdeen, Leola and Warner.
He said people can sign up on the JA Facebook page or if you have questions contact him at 380-3586 or at craig@kitchentuneup.com
