ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – While December went out with a bit of a bang, expect more of a mild start to January.

Laura Edwards, State Climatologist, says the rest of the week looks pretty tame.

She said the upcoming month might be warmer than normal.

This particular area is lacking moisture so far this winter.

Edwards said it’s too early to tell about spring, but that with the lack of snowfall so far it should ease any concerns about flooding.
