YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Jason Bietz, long time business manager of the Yankton School District says he is resigning at the end of the school year in June.

He says it has been a good experience.

Bietz says the world of school finance has changed greatly in his short time.

Bietz says he will help in the transition to the next business manager.

The district navigated a million dollar property tax opt out over the past few years  and is now developing an early childhood education center.
